NEW COVID-19 BRACELET RELEASED
IN SUPPORT OF THE SWIMMING INDUSTRY
STA has been working with ’ Swim a Life, a socially responsible company, to develop a bracelet that epitomises the strength and support the swimming industry has shown over the past months and one which provides an opportunity for our members and swim school partners to derive an easy income from, during these tough times.
Swim a Life, who designed the STA-endorsed bracelet say it represents the sphere of a relationship with no start and no end, just continuous human interactions, emotions and thoughts of others and the environment.
Maurice and Gaby Edelson, Founders of Swim a Life said: “This Covid-19 support bracelet represents the essences of what we as an industry stand for and gives everyone involved in the swimming community – from swimmers, parents and teachers - the opportunity to purchase a beautiful bracelet, show their support, and help two swimming-focussed charities.”
For Swim Schools:

Each bracelet will be sold for £7,50 and it will earn your swim school £2.00 (from each sale £2.00 will be donated to Swim a Life and 50p will go to STA)

Swim a Life will handle the collections and distribution, so no hassle

Then all you have to do is promote the bracelet far and wide to your customers, partners and friends.
Once you have registered your swim school, Swim a Life will send you an email with all the information you’ll need to send to your contacts.

Also please be aware the bracelets are made of glass beads and hence recyclable.

Swim a Life, operated by Maurice and Gaby Edelson, who also run Rubba Duckies Swim School in Guildford, would like to share an exciting project that we have been working on, along side STA,(Swim Teachers Association) and we will be launching this coming week. We would love your support and would like to extend an opportunity for you to make some extra money in these tricky times, and help you through this tough period.
Swim a Life has developed a Covid 19 bracelet, for all our customers to purchase, to show their support for the leisure industry during these lockdown periods, and to represent that if we support each other, stand together, we will all get through this tough period, and we will be able to enjoy our leisure activities together again in the future.
For every bracelet you sell through your club, for £7.50, an amount of £2.00 is given back to your club.
How it works…
1.Register your facility with Swim a Life
2. Send out the promotional details that we provide you, to your customers.
3. Your customers need to purchase a bracelet through your link,
4. We will allocate £2.00 to your account, and will pay you Mid Feb when the orders for the Bracelets close.
This is an easy way to generate some much-needed cash flow, and for all our clubs/ clients/team mates to pull together and help make sure that we will all be able to open our doors and welcome all our customers back at the end of the lock down with a bracelet to remind us, that together anything is possible.
We are launching this campaign this coming Wednesday, 27 January 2021. Please e mail us back if you would like your club or business to be included in this exciting project, and forward this onto any other people that are involved in the industry that could benefit.
