End of build is perfect for when your builders have left and you wish to have that final clean done just before you move in. 

 

End of build is not to be confused with end of tenancy clean. 

Generally, on an end of build clean, we focus on wiping surfaces down and hoovering and dusting - this is the main focus. Normally there is a lot of dust everywhere so it can be an extensive process. We can clean paint or remove cement or any building rubble -  however, this would be at an additional fee and we will need to prepare for this if it is the case. So please let us know. The focus is mainly on dust removal and cleaning and wiping of all surfaces such as countertops, inside cupboards, oven and wiping the windows on the inside.

 

Dust tends to get everywhere when a building is refurbished or built new and it's our jobs to help remove as much dust as possible. 

 

Please note the following:

 

Please, note, once we have left the property dust in the air, may settle again and you maybe need to re-hoover and re-wipe but this will be normal practise until the property has settled completely. We are happy to return at a cost to clean again a week later if this is still happening.

 

If builders/electricians or any other workmen are still on site or come after the clean this can make it very difficult to clean or could result in the clean not being completed. We cannot in this instance be held responsible for an inferior clean due to obstruction or re-dirtying of what has already been cleaned.
