Please make sure the following is completed on end of the tenancy.

Please be aware of main issues 

- Descale all taps and surface that have accumulated limescale including toilets

- Wipe all surfaces

- Wipe windows and window sills

- Wipe light fittings 

- Wipe radiators

- Remove marks where possible on walls

- Wipe skirting-boards 

- Wipe the front door

 

• Kitchen
  
  - Clean oven internally to remove all built up grease as well as clean exterior and polish any external chrome. 
  - Clean and remove grime from the extractor.
  - Clean the fridge and freezer inside and outside. - Unplug and let defrost - clean shelves in fridge - make sure no food bits 
  - Clean washing machine inside and out. Clean door's rubber, clean soap drawers - take this out clean in the sink and filters. 
  - Clean dishwasher inside and out - clean the rubber seal - Clean filters
  - Clean microwave inside and out. 
  - Clean exterior of all kitchen appliances: kettle, toaster, etc.
  - Remove grease from kitchen tiles and surfaces, then to be washed and polished. 
  - Remove where possible stains and marks from all kitchen tops, doors, door frames, skirt boards, light switches, etc. 
  - Clean and polish all kitchen surfaces.
  - Clean and polish inside and out all kitchen cupboards and drawers. Remove any old food and food wastes.
  - Wash sink and taps, remove lime scale and polish. - make sure plug is clean
  - Clean inside windows. 
  - Hoover and wash the floor. 
  - Remove all rubbish and rubbish bags. 
  - Clean bins inside and out.

       - Clean the handles of cupboards

 

• Bathroom
  
  - De-scale and wash toilet, disinfect toilet seat. 
  - De-scale, wash and polish shower screen. 
  - De-scale, wash and polish bath tube, shower, basin, taps and all other fittings. 
  - Clean and polish mirrors. 
  - De-scale and wash tiles. 
  - Clean from inside windows and window sills. 
  - Clean and polish inside and out drawers. 
  - Clean and polish all surfaces. 
  - Clean and polish door, door frames, light switches. 
  - Brush/Vacuum, wash and mop the floor. 

       - Remove rubbish and rubbish bags.

 

• Bedroom
  
  - Clean and wipe wardrobes and chest drawers inside and out.
  - Clean and polish mirrors, picture frames. 
  - Clean and polish doors, door frames, handles. 
  - Clean light switches.
  - Clean from inside windows and window sills. 
  - Clean radiators and fire surround, spindles and banisters, light fittings and shades. 
  - Dust skirting boards. 
  - All light furniture to be moved and floors to be cleaned beneath. All skirting boards to be dusted behind the furniture. 
  - Mattresses will be lifted and vacuumed beneath. 
  - Upholstery vacuumed, the cushions will be lifted and clean beneath.
  - All wooden items and wooden furniture will be carefully wiped, clear of dust with particular attention. 
  - Clean and polish all surfaces. 
  - Remove any wastes. 
  - Vacuum the floor, wash and sanitise if require.

 

• Living rooms / Lounge
  
  - Clean and polish doors, door frames, handles. 
  - Clean and polish mirrors, picture frames. 
  - Clean light switches. 
  - Clean from inside windows and window sills. 
  - Clean radiators and fire surround, spindles and bannisters, light fittings and shades.
  - Dust skirting boards. 
  - All light furniture to be moved and floors to be cleaned beneath. All skirting boards to be dusted behind the furniture. 
  - Upholstery vacuumed, the cushions will be lifted and clean beneath. - All wooden items and wooden furniture will be carefully wiped, clear of dust with particular attention.

• General all premises and rooms
  
  - Clean radiators and fire surround, spindles and bannisters, light fittings and shades. 
  - Dust skirting boards. 
  - Clean and polish mirrors, picture frames. 
  - Clean and polish doors, door frames, handles. 
  - Clean light switches. 
  - Clean from inside windows and window sills. 
  - Upholstery vacuumed, the cushions will be lifted and clean beneath. 
  - All wooden items and wooden furniture will be carefully wiped, clear of dust with particular attention. 
  - Clean and polish all surfaces. 
  - Remove any wastes. 
  - Vacuum the floor, wash mop if require.
