Every year we host a number of signature events that bring together our community, raise funds, and bring awareness to life with Parkinson's.  Our flagship events are:

Cure Parkinson's Cup

This is a walking football tournament, hosted in collaboration with the Walking Football Association. Each year,160+ players with PD come together across 20 teams to play at the home of England Football, St. George's Park. It's a fun and inclusive environment for players and supporters alike and provides an exciting opportunity to be scouted by the National Walking Football teams!

Four Nations Golf Tournament

This is a tournament that sees 80 golfers from across the Four Nations competing for the title. 40 players with PD and 40 celebrity and sponsor players compete over two days at the world-famous Belfry PGA golf course. This event is now known as THE golf tournament of the year in the Parkinson's community!

Try-Athlon

Held at SixWays stadium, Worcester, our Try-Athlon is dedicated to bringing the PD community together to 'try' a wide range of sporting activities and movements. These include rugby, tennis, table tennis, yoga, boxing, and netball to name a few. The Try-Athlon also hosts experts from other areas to give insight on improving symptoms & well-being for those living with the condition. Experts include physios, nurses, dieticians, trainers, and other charity representatives.

Join The Fun

"It has been clinically proven that just 2 ½ hours of vigorous exercise per week slows down the progression of PD and can decrease symptoms".

Miriam R Rafferty, of Northwestern University and Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, Journal of Parkinson’s Disease

Our events foster community spirit, provide support, and offer forums for expert advice. We stage events throughout the year to encourage people of all abilities, experiences, and PD progression to participate, and to find the courage to continue or re-start sports that may have been given up because of a Parkinson’s diagnosis.

All events provide a safe, inclusive, and fun environment.
