About Property Service
KP Group's highly-trained property management team provides an efficient and reliable service for landlords to ensure their property is properly maintained and that any necessary repairs are dealt with promptly and effectively.
Many of our clients are based overseas and leave the management of their properties entirely to us. Nevertheless, whether based in the UK or abroad, all our clients receive detailed communications should any issues occur that affect their property, along with regular updates in addition to their quarterly inspection reports.
We are on hand day and night to deal with any emergencies that may arise and to provide you with all the help and advice you require. We are also in direct contact with professional advisors, including solicitors, should their assistance be needed.
All our holding deposits are covered under the Government-authorised My Deposits tenancy deposit protection scheme. We are members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS); Client Money Protect (CMP) and NLA tenant credit check. Data is held under the relevant Information Commissioners Office (ICO) conditions.
